As soon as the goods are delivered to customer, the stockcount to invoice will be checked and the load will be checked for anybreakages.

We must be notified the same day of delivery if there are any breakages and full replacement isgaurenteed.

Returned items must be sent to the supplier within 3 days at customers cost unless discusses with Bulkhouseware.
